What if I discovered concealed damages after delivery?
It is the consignee’s responsibility to report concealed damages to the carrier. Please contact Globetrot Logistics Ltd at + 254 752 521892 , +254 717840336 and speak with A Customer Service Representative. Concealed damages must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
What is chargeable weight in air freight
Chargeable weight is the actual or volumetric weight (v/m) of the package, whichever is higher. Volumetric weight (also known as Dimensional Weight) is calculated by multiplying length by width by height of each package (cubic size) then dividing by 165 (if measured in inches) or by 6,000 (if measured in centimetres).
